Here at WIF, we work with clubs at every level of the game, from grassroots to elite, and with many other organisations in and around the football industry. Our input supports them to become the most inclusive employers they can be – with multiple benefits for their workforce, for their overall effectiveness as organisations, and for football as a whole.

Over the past twelve months, WIF has driven incredible growth and momentum across the game – progress that's made possible by our dedicated partners, our team, and the engagement of our members. We're delighted to present this year's key milestones here.
